Mindfulness and EFT are powerful tools for reducing stress and anxiety. By practicing mindfulness meditation, you change your relationship to stress by developing habits of mind to handle stressors and bring more presence, joy and relaxation into your life.
EFT, also know as “tapping,” is a quick, easy to use solution to reduce emotional intensity from negative emotions, such as fear, anxiety or anger while activating the body’s natural relaxation response. Through this practice, the mind and body become less reactive to stressful triggers and more resilient toward stress.
Come and join us to learn this powerful combination of techniques, starting Monday, December 3rd, for a 5-week workshop. Each session will consist of guided meditation and tapping, group discussion and supplemental materials for home practice guidance.
