Mindfulness Fundamentals is designed for beginners and those looking to refresh or deepen their practice. In this interactive 4-week workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of mindfulness meditation, explore the science behind how and why it works, and discover practical tools to integrate mindfulness into daily life. 

Each weekly session follows a structured format that includes a foundational mindfulness theme, guided practices, writing reflections, and group discussions, creating a supportive space for shared learning and personal insight. 

By the end of the course, you'll have a clear understanding of how to apply mindfulness to reduce stress, increase focus, and enhance emotional resilience in everyday situations.  

Includes:

  • 1 Session per week for 4 weeks (90-minute sessions)

  • Breath awareness

  • The STOP technique

  • Loving-kindness meditation

  • Body scan and mindful movement

Mindfulness Retreats

This live, 3-hour online retreat offers a restorative space for anyone—whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your existing practice. Rooted in the principles of the renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, the retreat includes a blend of guided meditations, gentle mindful movement, journaling, and theme-based discussions designed to promote insight, presence, and renewal. These sessions are suitable for all levels of experience and are designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.
